This Content Safety Policy explains how FluxAI Pro, operated by DETOOLS LTD ("we," "us," or "our"), located at https://fluxai.pro, enforces content safety across all of our AI image and video generation tools. It supplements our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service. By using our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Prohibited Content

We prohibit the creation, upload, distribution, or facilitation of:

  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW content of any kind.
  • Sexualized depictions of minors or any person who appears to be under 18, in any context.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfake pornography, and sexualized face swaps of real people.
  • Content that impersonates real individuals — including celebrities, public figures, and private persons — without their explicit consent.
  • Content that is violent, exploitative, hateful, harassing, or otherwise illegal under applicable law.

2. Safety Is Enforced Server-Side

All safety checks are enforced automatically on our servers and cannot be disabled or relaxed by any user, on free or paid plans.

  • Users cannot adjust, lower, or turn off our content moderation or any provider safety system.
  • Safety-related parameters sent to upstream AI providers are set and enforced by our servers, not by the client.
  • Attempts to bypass, circumvent, or jailbreak moderation or safety filters are themselves a violation of this policy.

3. Pre-Generation Review

Prompts and uploaded images may be automatically reviewed by safety systems before generation.

  • Requests that violate this policy are blocked before generation. They do not produce, store, or publish any output and are not eligible for a result.
  • Uploaded images may be screened prior to processing. Images that violate this policy are rejected.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in any of the following, at our discretion and where legally required:

  • Immediate blocking of the request.
  • Suspension or termination of your account.
  • Forfeiture of credits without refund.
  • Reporting to the relevant authorities, including for any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Content Safety Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
