Credit Purchases

Unused Credits: If you have purchased credits and have not used any of them, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

Partially Used Credits: You may request a prorated refund for unused credits within 14 days of the purchase date. The used portion is non-refundable.

Credit Expiration: Credits have an expiration date as communicated at the time of purchase. No refunds will be issued for expired credits.

Technical Issues: If technical issues prevent you from using our service, contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue and, if unable to do so, offer a full refund for unused credits or extend their expiration date.
Subscription Plans

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to subscription benefits until then.

Refund Window: Subscription payments are refundable within 14 days of the charge date if you have not substantially used the subscription credits during that billing period.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly). You will be charged at the current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.
